The Challenger Division was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League Baseball to enable boys and girls with physical and mental disabilities, ages 5-on up (we do not enforce an upper age limit) or the completion of high school, to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in this sport worldwide.
A Miracle Field is still being worked on for the Quad Cities. The rubberized ball diamond will allow more special athletes participate in the Challenger League and other related sports. Here is a LINK to the Community Foundation Page with more information. Here is the promotional VIDEO that was filmed at the last GRC! Please donate to help get this great field built for our athletes.
